Overview: 

At their Bangalore location, Adobe is looking to hire a skilled technology auditor. In accordance with legal and other compliance requirements, the candidate must possess a solid awareness of the risks associated with technology and cyber security. This role will report to the Senior IT Manager, Risk Advisory & Assurance Services, and be located in Adobe's Bangalore office.

The following are all the specifics of this position:

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Work closely with Cloud Technology, Engineering, and other Business Units to conduct information security risk assessments.

Assist in implementing and expanding the SOX program. actively involved in the development and testing of IT App Business and IT General Controls (ITGC)

Plan and execute technology operations audits, M&A compliance efforts, system implementation and integration reviews, and relevant advisory initiatives, fully participating in the planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases.

In order to address the main enterprise technology risks, such as evaluating the effectiveness, design, and operating efficiency of internal controls and technology, plan and execute business transformations, new system implementations, and/or acquisition compliance efforts. You should also support technology assurance & advisory reviews.

Conduct assessments pertaining to information security covering areas such as network, operating system, and application security, encryption, backup and recovery, user access management, training and awareness, etc.

Utilize automation and data analytics to support planning, risk assessment, audit processes, ongoing observation, and result presentation.

Learn about new guidelines, publications, standards, and emerging technologies that are relevant to the information security function.

Make sure internal control issues are appropriately identified and dealt with, and follow up with necessary management actions on a quarterly basis.

In order to ensure the overall quality and consistency of the audit work, as well as alignment with departmental and professional standards for audits, prepare accurate, logical, and detailed audit work papers and reports.

Assist with and prepare for the quarterly meetings, presentations, newsletters, and other supporting materials for the Audit Committee; create additional presentations for the CAE and CIO meetings as required.

B.E./B.Tech/MBA in information technology, information systems, or a related field is required for education, skills, and knowledge.

Preferably a CISA, CISSP, CIA, CPA, or comparable certification.

Three to five years' minimum of experience conducting IT/InfoSec SOX audits for big, international public companies or accounting firms.

Strong background in at least one of the following areas of IT auditing: cloud computing (AWS, Azure), e-commerce, microservices, data analytics, process controls, security, system implementations & integrations, SAP/ERP audit, ITGCs, or something similar.

familiarity with widely used IT technologies (OS, databases, network devices, apps)

It is advantageous to know about SAP and GRC products like RSA Archer and SAP GRC.

familiarity with RPA, analytics, and business intelligence software (such as Power BI, Tableau, Snaplogic, UiPath, etc.)

exposure to activities such as DLP audits, ransomware audits, OS & Infrastructure audits, network & firewall security reviews, API security, and wireless security audits, among others.

working familiarity with regulatory compliances such as SOX, GDPR, and PCI-DSS; frameworks for information security and governance such as COBIT, NIST, and ISO 27001

able to interpret these specifications and convert them into relevant factors for risk management, controls, and GRC procedures.

Excellent leadership and organizational abilities; capacity to manage several projects at once and set priorities to fulfill deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal, written, oral, and presentation skills, as well as the capacity to speak with ease with managers at all levels.

Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment, accept ambiguity, tackle problems, and provide solutions.
